You can request a return or exchange for eligible products by following our official return instructions.

14 days from the delivery date to initiate your return or exchange

Before you start

The invoice included with your order is required if you need to return or exchange an item.

Items must be returned complete, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Pack the item securely, using the original packaging whenever possible.

Read the instructions and exclusions on the official return form carefully.

Email info@efantasy.gr within 14 days of delivery before sending the item back.

Place the item and the required receipt in secure packaging and send them to our return address.

Once received and inspected, please allow 2–7 business days for your return to be processed.
